6. Drivers
Each team has two drivers racing for them. They are actually rivals on the track, but also teammates. Some teams ask their drivers to let his colleague pass him at times for the greater good of the whole operation.
Drivers need to be strong both physically and mentally, durable, focused, and with quick reflexes. The one thing on heir mind should be the championship, which unofficially means they are the best driver in the world.
